Employers should be aware of the latest information regarding the completion of OSHA logs and the electronic posting of injury information to OSHA’s electronic recordkeeping website. You should also be aware of the latest OSHA regulatory changes in effect to stay compliant and away from red flags. In the last few months, OSHA revised its reporting obligations for employers for COVID-19 cases. With the current reporting requirements already so confusing and difficult to follow, employers need to stay in tune with these changes on how to investigate and record cases amongst your workforce. Failure to comply has resulted in penalties and fines. Participants will also receive an update regarding OSHA, its priorities, and its regulatory agenda updates.
