Mastering MS Outlook In 2021: Organize, Customize & Automate Your Inbox, Calendar & To-Do List To Boost Productivity & Save Time

Microsoft Outlook is an excellent program with countless tools to boost your productivity and help you get more done in less time. However, our Inbox is still messed up with thousands of emails and untraceable calendar appointments, and to-do tasks. We spend hours cleaning up our mailbox to ensure we do not miss out on an important email or an important event or reminder. Emails that come in should be quickly processed and easily tracked, so you can get your actual work done. If you spend time every day shuffling emails into folders, then trying to find them later, you need to automate your process completely and make your folders power tools for task tracking. It can save all of us a lot of time if we start using outlook more efficiently and effectively. Microsoft Outlook has the capability of managing most of our important and time-consuming activities with a single click. There are so many features and best practices for efficiently using MS Outlook. A majority of users are not aware of these easy-to-use and time-saving features.

This session will turn our inbox on its head with just a few quick clicks. Rules, Quick Steps, and some Macros will allow us to create clickable buttons for automatic processing, and creating custom views will transform your approach to scanning email. No matter what your job, your volume of incoming email, or your personal process, you'll learn techniques that will integrate into your existing system, and improve it significantly.
