In this program, Cara McNulty will describe the current mental health landscape, and how we can meet the need for care by focusing on screening and prevention, improving navigation, and connecting people to the care they need including new virtual care options.

  • How employers can continue to support the mental health needs of employees, from managing remote work to facilitating a return to work
  • How access to care and services have evolved due to COVID-19, as well as the latest tools and resources from Aetna to meet the mental health of the most vulnerable populations, including young adults and female caregivers
