This Virtual Conference will detail the new coding and documentation of office and outpatient evaluation and management, E/M, services as of January 1, 2021, including a new time schedule and a new revised Medical Decision Making, MDM, chart.

What solutions or benefits will the audience receive from this session?

The attendees will learn by example and didactic teaching the new methods of documenting for office and outpatient visits using time alone or the MDM chart alone. History and physical examination will no longer be used to pick a level of care and the corresponding fee.

What information or new skills will the attendee take away from this Virtual conference?

New coding for the prostatic transurethral Rezum procedure, percutaneous nephrolithotomy, PCNL, changes in E/M coding and documentation to decrease physician burdens when performing these services, and use of relatively new modifiers in coding for the treatment of urological stone disease.
